What is the turnaround time for custom DTF transfers?
Most orders are processed and printed within 24 to 48 hours. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We recommend uploading high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background at 300 DPI. We also accept PDF, AI, and PSD files.
How do I apply the DTF transfers to my garments?
Apply using a heat press at 320°F (160°C) for 15 seconds with medium-to-firm pressure. Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling (Cold Peel), then press again for 5 seconds to finish.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing. The more square inches or gang rolls you order, the lower the price per unit becomes. Discounts are automatically applied in the cart.
What is your return policy on custom prints?
Because these are custom-made items, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part. Please ensure your artwork meets our quality guidelines.
Can I wash garments with DTF transfers normally?
Yes, DTF transfers are highly durable. For best results, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low heat to ensure the longevity of the print.
